Molly Bremer Object/Albers Project

My object is entitled "Pandemic Desk," and with it I hoped to encapsulate the disconcerting , off-kilter experience of living life and engaging with other people from a desk and a screen during the pandemic. For the Albers color work, Claire and I went with a painting of layered red and pink squares set against a white background. For our final palette -- "Out, damned spot!" (taking inspiration from Macbeth) --- we used a variation with deeper reds and two purples to get at the darker tone of our theme/inspiration.
